- Any Testing not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the testing time will be charged a $50 fee, which is not billed to insurance.
- Pain medications will not be called in after office hours on weekends. Please notify our office at 614-797-3277 (Westerville) or 614-336-3033 (Dublin), if you will need more pain medication for the evening or weekend.
